Terms of Service BayInk.org

BayInk provides digital-only services including eBook formatting, metadata optimisation, cover design (stock image-based), and support for publishing on Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Kobo, and Google Play Books. We do not offer physical printing or distribution.

You retain full rights to the content submitted. By submitting content, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it. You grant BayInk a non-exclusive license to format, edit, and submit the content to selected publishing platforms on your behalf.

All services must be paid in full prior to commencement. Payments are processed securely via PayPal. Service package pricing is listed on our website and may be updated periodically. Additional services requested after project initiation may incur extra fees.

We offer unlimited formatting revisions for up to 14 days after delivery. BayInk provides up to 48 hours of free post-publication consulting to assist with technical or distribution issues.

Delivery timelines vary by package. While we aim to return formatted files within 48–72 hours, actual delivery may depend on workload and file quality. We notify you of any delays in advance.

Due to the customised nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has started. If you are not satisfied, we will revise the project until it meets your expectations, within reason and time limits.

BayInk reserves the right to reject any content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity, or which violates publishing platform guidelines. We also reserve the right to refuse service to content that includes excessive spam, misleading metadata, or low-effort material.

BayInk will not be held liable for any lost sales, publishing delays, or rejections from distribution platforms. Our role is to assist with formatting and submission support; final publishing approval is at the discretion of the respective platforms.

Your information is used solely to provide services and communicate with you. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to fulfil publishing submissions or by legal obligation.

You may terminate the service at any time prior to project start. We may also terminate services for breach of terms or submission of inappropriate content. No refund will be given once services have been delivered.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

All inquiries regarding our Terms of Service should be directed to support@bayink.org. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid email address for all communications.

BayInk may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify users via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
